    Damp is the most common defect found. Rectifying damp can cost anywhere from several hundred pounds to several thousand pounds. It is a defect that can be hidden, if the property has been recently decorated. Qualified and experienced Surveyors like us, will be able to advise you and address the issues cause.

  • Pests

    Pests can be a costly problem. Beetles and Woodworm quickly work their way through timber aspects of a property, causing irreparable damage. It is important to seek advice from a qualified and experienced Surveyor, to catch this problem early.
